Vacuum Brazing of Copper Water-Cooled Plates

Copper water-cooled plates are the backbone of many high-performance thermal management systems. They move heat away from critical components efficiently and reliably. But their performance depends entirely on the quality of the brazed joints. Precision vacuum brazing ensures those joints are clean, strong and leak-resistant.


The vacuum environment is essential. It removes oxygen and contaminants that cause oxidation and weak bonds. With clean surfaces, the brazing filler metal flows evenly into every joint, creating consistent leak-resistant seals throughout the plate.
