Vacuum Brazing of Cooling Water Plate
Vacuum brazing of cooling water plates is an advanced manufacturing process used to produce strong, leak-tight, and efficient thermal management components. These plates are designed with internal water channels that allow continuous circulation of coolant, providing effective heat removal from high-temperature or high-power components.
Process:
The process begins with cleaning and precisely assembling the cooling plate components and internal water channels, followed by placing a suitable brazing filler material at the joining surfaces. The assembly is heated inside a high-vacuum brazing furnace under controlled temperature conditions. The molten filler flows uniformly into the joints, creating a strong and leak-tight bond. Controlled cooling helps minimize distortion and thermal stress.
Application Industries:
Vacuum-brazed cooling water plates are widely used in power electronics, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, laser equipment, renewable energy, electrical equipment, and industrial cooling systems. Typical applications include IGBT cooling, battery thermal management, laser cooling, inverter cooling, and high-power electronic equipment.
