Vacuum Brazing for Automotive Heat Exchangers and Radiators

Vacuum brazing is a critical manufacturing process for producing high-performance automotive heat exchangers and radiators. As modern vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and hybrid systems generate increasing amounts of heat, efficient thermal management is essential for maintaining engine performance, battery life, and overall vehicle reliability.
During the vacuum brazing process, aluminum or stainless steel heat exchanger components are assembled with a suitable brazing filler material and heated inside a high-vacuum brazing furnace.
