This process is mainly used for vacuum stress relief, vacuum annealing, vacuum degassing, and oxygenation treatments of nickel-titanium materials. After treatment, the nickel-titanium becomes brighter, shows clear stress relief, improved elasticity, and reduced oxygen content. Common products made from these materials include root canal files, vascular stents, pulp extraction needles, and delivery needles, which are widely used in medical fields such as human implants, bone support technologies, dentistry, etc.
