Vacuum brazing is a highly reliable joining process for manufacturing cemented carbide ultrasonic cutting tools made from YG10 grade bonded to titanium alloy holders. These tools are widely used in precision and ultrasonic machining applications, where high hardness, wear resistance, and vibration stability are essential.

The brazing process is carried out in a high-temperature vacuum brazing furnace, which provides an oxygen-free environment to prevent oxidation and ensure clean joint formation.
