The VF1300-966 Vacuum Brazing Furnace is a high-performance horizontal vacuum heat treatment system designed for precision brazing, annealing, degassing, and sintering. Featuring a 1300℃ max temperature, ±1℃ temperature control accuracy, and a 900x600x600mm effective workspace, it delivers uniform and stable results for advanced industrial applications. The system includes a molybdenum heating element with circumferential heating, digital PID temperature control, and a three-stage high-efficiency vacuum system (diffusion, roots, and mechanical pumps) with a pumping speed of 26,000L/s, reaching ≤1.0×10⁻³ Pa in cold vacuum. It operates on a three-phase AC380V±10% 50Hz power supply, with a rated load of 500kg, heating power of 150kW, and total system power of 190kW. Advanced safety features include over-temperature, water cut-off, and pressure interlocks. Integrated with a Siemens S7-200 PLC, Yudian AI temperature controllers, and MCGS touchscreen HMI, it ensures intelligent control, real-time monitoring, and data recording. The furnace supports both natural and air-assisted cooling with argon gas circulation to optimize cooling rates. The robust double-wall stainless steel vacuum chamber, water-cooled components, and high-quality accessories from brands like Omega, TAISEE, Schneider, and Airtac ensure long-term durability and operational reliability.
