The VF1300-755 Horizontal Vacuum Furnace is a high-performance industrial vacuum furnace engineered for precision heat treatment applications such as brazing, annealing, degassing, and crystallization under ultra-high vacuum conditions. This advanced horizontal vacuum furnace features a robust design, integrating a vacuum chamber, heating zone, intelligent control system, high-efficiency vacuum pumping unit, and dual water-air cooling mechanisms. With an effective work zone of 700 × 500 × 500 mm, a rated load of 300 kg, and overall dimensions of approximately 2800 × 4600 × 3100 mm, the furnace is ideal for heavy-duty thermal processing.

The heating system uses high-purity molybdenum-lanthanum alloy heaters arranged in a 360° circumferential configuration, delivering uniform and controlled heating up to 1300℃, with working temperatures of 1200℃ and temperature uniformity of ±5℃ (900℃, 60 minutes, 5-point test). Controlled via PID and SCR with transformer, the system ensures ±1℃ precision and a flexible heating rate of 1–20℃/min, making it suitable for high-temperature material processing.

The vacuum system features a multi-stage pumping unit including KT500 diffusion pump, ZJP300 Roots pump, SRV300 rotary pump, and BSV30 maintenance pump, enabling a cold vacuum limit of ≤2.0×10⁻⁴ Pa and a hot vacuum limit of ≤2.0×10⁻³ Pa (at 800℃, 60 min). The vacuum chamber is constructed with a double-layer cold-wall structure—carbon steel outer shell and 304L stainless steel inner shell—for durability and thermal isolation. The vacuum rise rate is controlled to ≤0.3 Pa/h, ensuring long-term vacuum integrity.

Cooling is achieved through a closed-loop water circulation system with an external air-cooled motor (2.5 kW, 300 rpm), integrated with a heat exchanger and high-efficiency fan for rapid gas-cooled cooldown. The system uses high-purity nitrogen (99.999%) at ≤10 kPa for safe and clean cooling. Water flow requirements range from 8.2 to 12 m³/h, with a temperature limit of 30℃ and a pressure range of 0.2–0.3 MPa.

The intelligent control system incorporates a Siemens S7-200 PLC, MCGS HMI touchscreen, and a Yudian AI518P temperature controller with 0.1 accuracy. Three Omega N-type thermocouples ensure precise temperature measurement. The system features advanced safety interlocks and real-time alarms for over-temperature, low water, high pressure, and vacuum anomalies. A TAISEE thyristor voltage regulator ensures stable power output and energy efficiency.
