The VF1300-1288 Horizontal Vacuum Brazing Furnace is a high-performance, single-chamber industrial vacuum furnace designed for advanced vacuum heat treatment processes such as brazing, annealing, sintering, and degassing. It operates on 3-phase 380V/50Hz power and supports a working temperature up to 1200℃ with precise control (±1℃) and excellent uniformity (±5℃ at 850℃). The furnace features a robust structure with a 1200×800×800 mm effective heating area and can handle up to 800kg of load. Key components include a molybdenum heating chamber with multi-zone control, high-efficiency vacuum pumps (H-150, ZJP-1200 Roots, KT-800 diffusion, and BDR-30 maintenance), Omron PLC, Eurotherm 3504 temperature controller, and an intuitive Weiluntong HMI. It boasts a powerful 45kW cooling fan and 300kW total power rating with internal circulation cooling for rapid temperature reduction. The system is supported by a fully automated electronic control unit with paperless recording, vacuum interlocks, safety systems (over-temp, water cut-off), and real-time diagnostics. Additional features include a stainless-steel water cooling system, air source treatment unit, nitrogen inflation and pressure control, and a manual loading trolley.
